Practicing Mindfulness: Online

Practicing mindfulness each day is extremely beneficial in living a healthy and balanced life. Mindfulness is the ability to become aware of what is happening in the present, moment by moment, rather than worrying about the future or dwelling on the past.

This class explores hands-on strategies to respond to difficult events and situations in new ways. Each session, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice different breathing techniques, grounding, meditation, and mindful stretching.
